The Backflip Group is a partnership between Madeleine Ormond and Ceylan Conger, experienced strategic operators with distinct yet complementary skillsets and perspectives. We collaboratively design and execute holistic business strategies that enable startups to be aligned, nimble, and successful.

    Ceylan has worked in-house and consulted for some of the most well known tech companies, including Meta, Etsy, Spotify, and more. She excels at establishing deep customer, market, and business understanding, then using it to develop and implement high impact go-to-market strategies and operations aimed at driving revenue. She is driven to solve business challenges with effective solutions and is always willing to roll up her sleeves to prove new concepts while keeping an eye to the big picture.

    For over 10 years, Madeleine has worked in-house at both small tech startups and well-established leading tech enterprises. She has extensive experience leading cross-functional teams to drive forward strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating growth & efficiency. She excels at holistic qualitative and quantitative analysis, financial modeling, product strategy and roadmapping, executive communications, operational excellence, technical and business communication, issue identification and resolution, and more.
